Rx Division:
Row for Calories plus:

3 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
6 Box Jump Overs
6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
9 Box Jump Overs
9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
**adding 3 reps each round

Masters Division:
Row for Calories plus:  

3 Box Jump Overs 24″/20″
3 Pull Ups
6 Box Jump Overs
6 Pull Ups
9 Box Jump Overs
9 Pull Ups
**adding 3 reps each round

Intermediate Division:
Row for Calories plus:  

3 Box Jump Overs 24″/20″
3 Pull Ups
6 Box Jump Overs
3 Pull Ups

**adding 3 reps each round to only the box jump overs (Step Ups are allowed)

Scoring:

Total reps row and reps combined. Anyone can work on any part, switching at anytime. One athlete will always be resting.
