Masters 35+ Division:

12 Burpees Over the Bar

Intermediate Division:

Scoring:

Two rounds each for time. Relay style. Athlete A will go through a full round. Athlete B can only start once athlete A has picked the sand bag up in a bear hug hold. Once athlete B finishes, both athletes A and B can hold the sand bag individually switching whenever they want while athlete C works. Once athlete C finishes, Athlete A will start round 2 while athletes B and C hold the sand bag.
