70#/50# Dumbbell

Rx Division:
20#/14# Wall Ball
60#/40# Dumbbell

Masters 35+ Division:
20#/14# Wall Ball
50#/35# Dumbbell

Intermediate Division:
14#/10# Wall Ball
50#/35# Dumbbell

Scoring:

Relay style. Score is time. Each athlete will complete all their work before the next athlete goes.
