Scoring
- Score is total time across all three athletes
- Add 1 second for any reps not completed by an individual athlete
Workout Standards & Submission
- Any style of burpees allowed (box facing, lateral) but hips must open at the top
- Chest must touch bar for chest to bar pull-ups, with full extension at the bottom
- For pull-ups, athlete’s chin must be just above the bar with full extension at the bottom
- *Masters + Intermediate division athletes may perform burpee box step-ups in lieu of burpee box jumps
- Scores are due no later than 12/21 at 8 PM EST.
- Video links will be required with score submissions.
