Elite/Rx Divisions:
20 Chest to Bar
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24″ / 20″)
10 Chest to Bar
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24″ / 20″)
5 Chest to Bar
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24″ / 20″)

Masters + Intermediate Divisions:
20 Pull-Ups
15 Burpee Box Jumps* (24″ / 20″)
10 Pull-Ups
15 Burpee Box Jumps* (24″ / 20″)
5 Pull-Ups
15 Burpee Box Jumps* (24″ / 20″)

Scoring

  • Score is total time across all three athletes
  • Add 1 second for any reps not completed by an individual athlete

Workout Standards & Submission

  • Any style of burpees allowed (box facing, lateral) but hips must open at the top
  • Chest must touch bar for chest to bar pull-ups, with full extension at the bottom
  • For pull-ups, athlete’s chin must be just above the bar with full extension at the bottom
  • *Masters + Intermediate division athletes may perform burpee box step-ups in lieu of burpee box jumps
  • Scores are due no later than 12/21 at 8 PM EST.
  • Video links will be required with score submissions.
