Workout 3 – Presented by Sweatworks

Athletes will work through their set of rounds to complete the total number of reps for time.

Athlete A (1 Round of 12-15-18 reps):

  • Double DB Snatch 
  • Toes to Bar*
  • Double DB Squat

Athlete B (2 Rounds of 6-7-9 reps):

  • Double DB Snatch 
  • Toes to Bar*
  • Double DB Squat

Athlete C (3 Rounds of 4-5-6):

  • Double DB Snatch 
  • Toes to Bar*
  • Double DB Squat

For example Athlete C will work through the following:

Round 1
4 reps of each movement
5 reps of each movement
6 reps of each movement

Round 2
4 reps of each movement
5 reps of each movement
6 reps of each movement

Round 3
4 reps of each movement
5 reps of each movement
6 reps of each movement

Elite/Rx: 50/35# DBs and Toes to Bar

Masters: 40/30# DBs and Toes to Bar

Intermediate: 35/20# DBs and Knee Raises*


Scoring:

  • Score will be total combined time for the team.
  • If a rep is missed within the time cap one second will be added to the time cap for that athletes score


Workout Standards & Submission

  • Workout standards available via the AP Games Qualifier Standards Document
  • Scores are due no later than 3/1 at 8 PM EST.
  • Video submissions will be requested after the scoring deadline.
