Workout 2 – Presented by Born Primitive

Athletes working within two minute intervals will try to achieve as many reps as possible. As the rounds go on, the reps on the rower will decrease. All boxes will be set to 24” for men and 20” for women. Two foot box jump is required for elite/Rx athletes. Masters athletes and intermediate athletes as permitted to step up.

4 Rounds – 2 Minute Intervals: 

Round 1: 20/15 Cal Row + Max Burpee Box Jump Overs
Round 2: 16/12 Cal Row + Max Burpee Box Jump Overs
Round 3: 12/9 Cal Row + Max Burpee Box Jump Overs
Round 4: 8/6 Cal Row + Max Burpee Box Jump Overs

Scoring:

Total calories rowed and total burpee box jump overs

  • Workout standards available via the AP Games Qualifier Standards Document
  • Scores are due no later than 3/1 at 8 PM EST.
  • Video submissions will be requested after the scoring deadline.
