8 Min AMRAP for Reps:
Partners A, B & C perform individually:
- 5 Dumbbell Thrusters 35# / 25# (each DB)
- 10 Burpee Box Facing Jump Overs 24″ / 20″
- 15 Dumbbell Deadlifts 35# / 25# (each DB)
- Score is total reps across three team members
Workout Standards & Submission
- Thruster: Dumbbells will be in front rack. Athlete will show full range of motion from the bottom of a squat to full extension on the press. Athlete may squat clean the first rep.
- Burpee Box Jump Over: CrossFit Open Standard with athlete being perpendicular to the box. Hips do not have to open at the top of the box.
- Dumbbell Deadlift: Only one head of the dumbbell has to touch the ground. Athlete must show full lock out at the top.
- Scores are due no later than 12/17 at 8 PM EST.
- Video links will be required with score submissions.
