Workout 1 – Presented by 2 Pood Performance
Athletes will work to achieve as many ground to overhead reps as possible in a 4 Minute Time Period. Athletes will work at their prescribed weight.
Clean and Jerk and/or snatch are permitted.
Scoring:
Total score will be:
Athletes A reps will be multiplied by 3

Athletes B reps will be multiplied by 2
-Plus-
Athletes C reps will be multiplied by 1
Workout Standards & Submission
- Workout standards available via the AP Games Qualifier Standards Document
- Scores are due no later than 3/1 at 8 PM EST.
- Video submissions will be requested after the scoring deadline.
