Athletes each have 3 minutes to complete:

Athlete A: 1 Rep Max Shoulder to Overhead
Athlete B: 3 Rep Max Shoulder to Overhead
Athlete C: 5 Rep Max Shoulder to Overhead

Scoring

  • Score is total of weight used across all three athletes.

Workout Standards & Submission

  • Each individual athlete can only pick a 1, 3 or 5 rep max.
  • Athletes have as many attempts as needed during the three minutes.
  • Starts from the rack.
  • Bars may be pre-loaded with weight prior to the three minute window.
  • Athletes must show the weight on the bar after successful max set once the 3 minutes are up.
  • Scores are due no later than 12/21 at 8 PM EST.
  • Video links will be required with score submissions.
