11 Minute AMRAP for Rounds/Reps:

  • Partners A & B: 100 Front Squats
  • Partners B & C: 100 Shoulder to Overhead
  • Partners C & A: 100 Pull-Ups (Rx, Masters) or 100 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (Intermediate)

All barbell movements will be performed with an Axel Bar.

Partners may split reps however they choose. After the 100 pull-ups (or SDLHP) partners A & B will start back at the top with 100 Front Squats… should your team be able to get that far!

Weights

  • Rx: 110# (Male) / 70# (Female) Axel Bar
  • Masters: 70# / 50# Axel Bar
  • Intermediate: 70# / 50# Axel Bar

Scoring

  • Score is Total Rounds & Reps

Workout Standards

  • All lifts start from the ground
  • Front Squats: The hip crease must pass below the knees at the bottom.
  • Shoulder to Overhead: The barbell must come to full lockout overhead with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over the heels.
  • Pull-Ups (Rx/Masters): Full lockout at the bottom and chin over the bar at the top.
  • Sumo Dead Lift High Pull (Intermediate): Pull is at a minimum to the collar bone. Elbows must remain above the hands.
