🟣 FOR TIME: Complete 3 rounds of synchronized burpees and individual work stations.

🟣 Team synchronized burpees (7 reps to a line) must be performed by all athletes together before individual work begins.

🟣 Athletes rotate through 27 Dumbbell Cleans, 21 Deadlifts, and 15 Barbell Snatches in a specific sequence.

🟣 Movement Flow: After 1st burpees → Athlete A does Dumbbell Cleans → 2nd burpees → Athlete B does Dumbbell Cleans + Athlete A does Deadlifts → 3rd burpees → Athlete C does Dumbbell Cleans + Athlete B does Deadlifts + Athlete A does Snatches.

🟣 Pattern continues with 4th burpees → Athlete C does Deadlifts + Athlete B does Snatches → 5th burpees → Athlete C does Snatches.

🟣 Time stops when Athlete C crosses the finish line after completing final snatches, with Athletes A & B waiting behind the line.

🔵 Novice: 27 Air Squats, DB Deadlifts, PVC Pipe Snatch (mid-shin to overhead)
