Farmer’s Delight

🟣 The athlete performing the Farmer’s Carry is the pacer.

🟣 Athletes B & C can only work while Athlete A is walking with the kettlebells.

🟣 If Athlete A stops with the kettlebells, the judge will instruct Athletes B and C to stop until A resumes walking.

🟣 The sandbag over shoulder throws will follow an ascending ladder, increasing by 1 rep each time.

🟣 The thrusters will also follow an ascending ladder, increasing by 2 reps each time.

🟣 A team’s score = total number of sandbag throws + thruster reps completed.
