Flow:

This workout is for time. 2 Teammates will step into the lane and perform their synchronized pullups. They can rotate their resting teammate in at any point. Reps only count when they are synchronized. After the first set of pullups they will advance to the barbell and perform their first set of synchronized thrusters. Again, the resting teammate can rotate in at any point. They will continue in this fashion for the second round of pullups and then thrusters, and finally for a third round. For the intermediate division, only one athlete is doing pullups at a time, and they can rotate the two resting partners in at any point.

Standards:

All standards are consistent with the CrossFit Open Standards. For the chest to bar, the athletes must start in a full extension of the elbow, and the chest much make clear contact with the bar at the top. The sync is counted when both chests touch the bar at the same time. For the pullup, the start position is the same as the chest to bar, but the rep is counted when the chin passes the horizontal plane of the pull up bar. The sync is counted when both chins are over the bar at the top.

The thruster is a standard thruster where the hip crease passes below the top of the knee at the bottom of the squat, and finishes with the barbell locked out overhead with knees, hips, and elbows extended and the barbell in line with the body. The sync is counted at the lockout at the top.
