"2019"

For Time (Team of 3)

A re-release of the classic 2019 Workout #5. Synchronized burpees followed by staggered individual work stations with dumbbell cleans, deadlifts, and barbell snatches.

Scoring

Time. Athletes rotate through staggered stations — after each set of synchronized burpees, the next athlete begins their first movement.

Workout 2

Farmer's Delight

Team of 3, Simultaneous Work

One athlete paces with a farmer's carry while the other two work through ascending ladders of sandbag throws and thrusters. Work stops when the pacer stops.

Movements

  • Farmer's Carry with Kettlebells (Pacer)
  • Sandbag Over Shoulder Throws (ascending ladder, +1 rep/round)
  • Thrusters (ascending ladder, +2 reps/round)
