Event Day Workouts

Workout 1

Team 15RM Hang Clean

8 Minutes8 minutes cap

Teams must achieve 15 combined hang clean reps at a single weight across all 3 athletes. All team members must lift the same weight.

Movements

  • Hang Clean (Squat or Power)

Scoring

Weight at 15 RM. If team fails 15 total reps, score = 0.

Hang clean starts from top of deadlift; bar cannot touch ground. Each athlete has one attempt.

Workout 2

Burpees & Thrusters

10-Minute AMRAP, Relay Style10 minutes cap

Each athlete does 10 burpees over the bar then max effort thrusters. When the bar touches the ground, the next athlete goes.

  • Max Effort Thrusters

Workout 3

Partner AMRAP

11-Minute AMRAP11 minutes cap

Three-person rotation through front squats, shoulder to overhead, and pull-ups (or SDLHP). Axle bar for all barbell movements.

  • 100 Front Squats (Partners A & B)
  • 100 Shoulder to Overhead (Partners B & C)
  • 100 Pull-Ups or Sumo Deadlift High Pull (Partners C & A)

Three Stations

Simultaneous Stations

Three athletes work simultaneously on different stations: TTB/knee raises, clean & jerks, and rowing.

Movements

  • Partner A: 3-min AMRAP Toes to Bar (or Knee Raises)
  • Partner B: 3-min AMRAP Clean & Jerks
  • Partner C: 6-min AMRAP Calorie Row

Wall Balls & DB Snatches

For Time, Sequential12 minutes cap

Inverse rep distribution relay — Partner A does 75 wall balls + 25 DB snatches, Partner B does 50+50, Partner C does 25+75.

Each athlete rows 1,000m then completes pull-up variations based on division.

Qualifier#3

Qualifier: Dumbbell AMRAP

8-Minute AMRAP (Team of 3)

Three-movement cycle with dumbbells and burpee box overs. Each athlete rotates through rounds.

Movements

  • 5 Dumbbell Thrusters (35/25 lb each hand)
  • 10 Burpee Box Facing Jump Overs (24/20")
  • 15 Dumbbell Deadlifts (35/25 lb each hand)
