1 Minute AMRAP:

Partner A: Back Squats
Partner B: Front Squats
Partner C: Overhead Squats


  • Men’s weight: 165lbs
  • Women’s weight: 105lbs


  • Score is total Reps

Workout Standards & Submission

  • The bar will start loaded from the rack.
  • All Squats must show a full lockout at the top and breaking parallel in the bottom.
  • Video submission must show the athletes full range of motion and the clock at all times.
  • Athletes must show the weight on the bar before starting the AMRAP.
  • Scores are due no later than 12/17 at 8 PM EST.
  • Video links will be required with score submissions.
